FarmBioNet Capacity Building Training I: KPI Guidelines & Content Creation Best Practices

The first FarmBioNet Capacity Building Training was held in person during the FarmBioNet Kick-off Meeting in Dublin, February. It focused on KPI guidelines, best practices, and the role of partners in creating effective communication content for the project.
The session introduced participants to the key performance indicators used within FarmBioNet, helping align communication and dissemination activities with project objectives and reporting requirements. Clear guidance was provided on how KPIs are defined, tracked, and translated into meaningful outputs that reflect project impact.
A key part of the training highlighted best practices in content creation, with emphasis on clarity, consistency, and audience-focused messaging. Partners explored how to develop engaging communication materials that support project visibility while remaining aligned with the FarmBioNet narrative and visual identity.
The workshop also outlined the role of each partner in content creation, encouraging active contribution to storytelling, dissemination activities, and knowledge sharing across networks. Practical examples were shared to support partners in producing content suitable for different channels, including social media, newsletters, and project reports.
Overall, the training set a strong foundation for consistent and high-quality communication across the consortium, ensuring that FarmBioNet activities are effectively translated into clear and impactful messages for wider audiences.
